Took a couple of days off to work on a honeydo project.
Finished fitting right horizontal stab tip.
Completed riveting the sub structure. Torqued AN3 bolts to 25 lb-in and added torque seal to bolt heads to monitor for rotation since the nuts are inboard with no access.
Installed skins, updrilled, removed, and deburred everything. Inspected all the internal structure and confirmed the assembly was ready to close. Re-installed skins, ready to rivet.
Cut hinge pins to length and trial fitted the elevator. Pins can be installed by hand, but snug, and elevator moves freely.
This completes sheet ONX-T04, Horiz Tail Substructure.
